「The apartment was easy to locate, the off-street parking was spacious, and the host responded to questions quickly.」

「Hello I had a wonderful stay! The only thing I would say is that there was a distinct odor at this location (maybe from a previous stay) other than that I had a great experience. Thank you for your communication also! 」

「Nice location to catch subway. Noise free and there is a super market close to the property. Staff is very good.」

「Stay has permanent residents with a big dog living above you. Between running around & barking in the middle of the night, couldn’t have 1 full night of sleep.」

「My girlfriend and I were in town for a wedding and the VRBO was perfect. Great privacy, lovely decor, and comfortable bed. A full use kitchen was great to have. Cheech (the pig!!) was so friendly and the host even dropped off carrots for us to feed him. The host responded to every question in a timely manner and check in and check out were painless.」

「This property fit our needs just right we needed a place to stay close to our all day activities we had planned and was looking for a reasonable property in the heart of everything. It was very clean inside and the setup is very comfortable, perfect for relaxing like we needed in the evenings and night. The decor and the furnature/beds were very nice. The outdoor space made this property tho! The backyard was big for this style of property and the corner lot adds privacy. The gazebo was...

「Little trouble getting in but host was responsive despite the late hour. I would have appreciated a more accurate description of the parking situation. Not only is there no parking on site, there is no parking anywhere close. The place is nice and roomy.」

「The property is in a nice area, Fitler Square. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and close to everything. The unit I stayed in was nice and clean, however, the bathroom floor by the shower seems like it may cave in at some point. I stayed in the unit near the entrance and it was annoying hearing everyone come and go but I dealt with it as my stay was only one night. The inside of and outside of the building need serious cleaning and work. The hallway was old and dusty and from the outside the...

「It would have been a five star stay if it wasn’t for the stairs (geesh),,lol, and the laundry situation,,but yet and still,it was a good stay!」

「The property itself was very nice. Location for us was convenient and walking up and down the stairs was not a bother. Not sure if bringing our own body wash or shampoo was listed but would have liked to have known in advance. We did leave some so hopefully the next group will be happy. Also, the bed and sofa are squeaky. Overall nice.」

「The place was great. The living room was spacious. The kitchen and eating area was great. The location was close to center city. The communication was great. I recommend this stay.」

「Worked well for our short stay in Philly! Very clean!」

「Amazing besides the few blocks around seems dirty and filled with homeless」

「The rooms are good but area around is not good. No restaurants near by. Also door code did not work after 1 day and host only texts... No audio call. I waited 30 minutes. Pl improve on prompt audio calls」

「Place was very clean and newly renovated. We had 4 adults and a teenager and were very comfortable. Washer and dryer was a huge plus. We walked home from the Eagles game and there’s food nearby as well. Would definitely stay again.」
