“Front door is 5 yards from busy A43. Contacted owner for key code Friday am for Friday stay did not reply till 14.21 Sunday. Builders next door Hammering just after 7 Saturday and Monday. Cover on front bed filthy. Toilet seat not attached correctly. No logs provided for log burner or tools. Welcome pack not as advertised no wine no milk no eggs no crisps small loaf. Outside area no parasols cushions left outside dirty and cigarette burn, and a broken chair. Broken glass in cupboard. Very noisy……

“Stayed 3 nights at Richmond Cottage with my elderly mother and my dog. We were impressed with the welcome pack which included flowers, wine, milk, bread, butter, ground coffee and tea bags.Mother had the downstairs bedroom. The steps down to bathroom and kitchen were deep but she managed. I had the large double bedroom upstairs with its tiny ensuite shower room. The kitchen was well appointed and everything we needed was there and it all worked. The garden is mostly laid to paving but needs a……

“Fantastic place for a group of friends to spend a weekend doing very little! Perfect location for Bicester village. Great pubs on the doorsteps. Everything you needed to cook a sunday lunch, enjoy the hot tub and really cosy with the log burners on. All in all a fantastic place to meet up with friends who live all over the country as we did!”

“We have just enjoyed a wonderful week's stay at Racing Retreat. The property is situated in a quiet area and it is only a short walk (perhaps 5-10 mins) into Towcester, where you will find a nice selection of shops and eating places. The property itself is warm, comfortable and is well appointed. There is a small garden and patio with furniture for sitting out if weather permits. The kitchen has everything you need if you are eating in, but if you fancy eating out, we would recommend Ten Hands……
