「Is expensive- condition property」

「I was sick of stomach, starting the first evening, up until the time I left. This morning when I was leaving, I realized it was mildew and mold on the ceiling in the hallway where sink is and mold in the bathroom. The ceiling also had brown spots on the ceiling where it been wet. There was NEVER not one at the desk EVERY time I tried to address it. Just a bucket that said leave your key in the bucket when checking out. I really think they need to address it and not rent room 108 out.」

「The check-in person was extremely nice very helpful! When I walked into the room, it looked like the floor had not been cleaned. When I pulled back the bedspread the pillows cases and sheets were stained. I don’t know whether they have been washed or not. The remote was broken and they had batteries taped in it. There were gnats in the room, and as I was leaving I saw a huge ant crawling across the floor. Not my best check in will certainly glad to leave..」

「Outlets not working. Staff nowhere to be found. Room was hidden in a breezeway.」

「Booked for 3 nights because of close access to bike trail. Stayed 1 and left. Room very dirty, gap in entry door let in cold air and bugs. There's more, but you get what you pay for, right?」

「Nasty. We left and went to another hotel. Gaps in the door, reeked of smoke, blood on the walls, counters not wiped. We reeked of smoke after sitting in there for only 7-8 minutes.」

「I understand this is a budget , money saving property but felt that even $70 a night was too much for what was received. The place smelled like cigarettes and I could smell when someone was either outside or in their room smoking it seemed to come thru the vents. When I arrived to the property they told me they did not accept online bookings so I had to pay again. The bedding ‘comforter?’ Was thinner than a pair of curtains and had numerous holes in it. The towels were stained.」
