"Great property and staff. Room was very clean and the entire property was well maintained. Full breakfast was very good. Night manager Chris was super helpful and professional."

"The staff at the hotel was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Great staff! The hotel itself is really run down. The carpets in the hallways are stained and the hallways smelled like smoke and pot. The bedding is super thin, our bathroom had water damage and the bathroom faucet was crooked and set so close to the sink it was hard to use, our toilet seat was loose, etc. Also, there were sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot most days we were there- they were outside for hours as we came and went. But, as much as the building is run down and everything in the rooms is as cheap as possible, the room was clean, so again, good staff. The location was also nice- no more than 15 minutes drive from everything we wanted to do in Denver."

"The main problem with this hotel is that the front desk is badly understaffed. They've got only one girl working the desk at a time. As a result, when I arrived by plane and called, no one answered. So, I called Wyndham itself, and that was a true nightmare. The answer bot could not find my reservation, refused to give me another number for the hotel, claiming it was "confidential" and gave me a very hard time about transferring to a real person, delaying and delaying, advising me that it could handle my issue or I could find my answer on the website. Finally, I was transferred to human customer service. I waited, waited and waited and, after 20+ minutes of waiting, gave up. I ended up calling hotels.com, and the local hotel front desk did pick up the phone for them. Caller ID. They cross connected me and I got to the shuttle bus and the hotel after about an hour delay. I checked in. The first room was inundated with a huge concentration of insecticide. No one had bothered to air it out before assigning it. At the front desk, I explained that I was choking from the insecticide. This same women, who didn't answer my initial calls did not apologize. Instead she seemed irritated, and mechanically gave me a new key & rm. # without saying a word. Bad experience. Not recommended."

"I do love this place but they could replace some of the pedestals at the ends of the bed there cracked and some need to be replaced I’ve stayed here with my partner multiple times. I’m vegan and even the breakfast is ok with sourdough bread and fruit and grits it’s pretty great over all love the environment, hate paying for parking but that’s just Denver for you."
