「When we opened the room to move in, a pungent smell hit our faces. I thought it was the smell of disinfectant, so we opened the door for half an hour to barely make it less pungent. But when we went to the bathroom and found two cockroaches crawling around, I realized that the pungent smell should be the smell of cockroach medicine, and those two cockroaches became a nightmare for my wife who couldn't sleep all night」

「I called the Monday before my stay and asked if i could get and early check in, they told me to call day of, fine no problem. I call the morning of they said they would do their best and to call back around 1 pm. I call back at 1 pm, they say they still don't have any double rooms clean but to come to the hotel around 2 and i can enjoy the amenities. I go to the hotel at 2 they say they still don't have any double rooms clean but to check back in 30 minutes. I wait another 30 minutes and go back...

「The room was very quiet and clean . The staff were knowledgeable as well as friendly . The shuttle was convenient for my short stay. The hotel itself has a pleasant atmosphere, I would recommend staying here.」

「They have a texting option in place where they ask if there is anything they can do for you and rate your stay. We received several texts. We reported a concern with a broken drawer and cabinet but got no response. When I went to the front desk to get change the GM happened to be there. When I explained that my wife lost her balance trying to opened drawer he sent someone up this was around 5:00 PM. We reported it at 9:45 AM. The front desk seemed annoyed when my wife had ask for things」

「The front desk service is very poor. Shuttle runs until 10:30pm and no one answered my phone until time passed. AC is loud and cannot be turned to auto mode. Will not recommend or come back to this place for overnight traveling. 」
