“When we arrived - an hour and a half *after* check-in - the cleaning lady was midway through her job. She made a call and I talked to Brenda, the owner's assistant, who promised me a rate discount as a result of her mistake. Brenda admitted she got the property mixed up with another one. We left in order to give the cleaning lady time to finish. That night, San Antonio had a terrible storm. I awoke to the rain dripping on our bed! My husband moved the bed in the middle of the night, and the next……

“The house was clean, close to downtown and convenience stores. Host was easy to reach and very helpful. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Looking forward to staying there again.”

“Loved our stay. The animals on site were a plus. Enjoyed local restaurants.”

“Sehr klein. Schmutzige Gegend überall Müll stinktiere. Einrichtung teilweise kaputt. Das Haus wird auch zum Verkauf angeboten vielleicht lag es daran das keine Mühe mehr reingesteckt wird.”

“Melinda was kind. There were some thoughtful touches like cold water in the fridge and some snacks to greet guests. Her studio is very clean, comfortable and cute. ”

I would’ve requested a refund but I got the hotel in the evening and it would’ve been near impossible to get a refund and another decent place. Never going back.”

“They are all greedy and would not give me a refund even though I didn't stay there and canceled my reservation.”

“Really enjoyed the stay! The host was very kind and attentive.”
