「Hotel molto lontano dalla città, per arrivarci c’è solo una strada di campagna piena di buche. Il personale era assente al check in: li abbiamo cercati noi nella struttura dopo 10 min di inutile attesa. Il check out anche peggio: alla reception ci hanno visto arrivare e sono andati via. Abbiamo dovuto di nuovo cercarli. La stanza era pulita, così come la struttura. 「this was a hidden gem in the city the property is beautiful the stained glass is breathtaking we got a chance to stay in a small cottage they don't put these on expedia but if you get a chance they are wonderful the food was great the pool looks amazing we had a great time」

「The room I stayed in was absolutely sad. The bed sheets and pillow cases were washed but still had dirty stains. Washroom had sewage smell from the drain. The tv had nothing on it. Moreover there was so much noise coming from ppl on the floors past 11 pm. Staff were really amazing people. Place needs major upgrades」
