“We had such a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Durrës and genuinely couldn’t fault the service from the staff. Everyone was so warm, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, but a special thank you has to go to Hergi at reception and Ankur, the restaurant manager. Both were so polite, kind and always happy to help with recommendations for local restaurants, bars and things to do, which made exploring the area so much easier. The spa was also fantastic. “This hotel is on a quieter location in golem, although this means it’s also very close to the motorway. My room faced the motorway and if I had my balcony door open it was loud however once the door was closed the noise disappeared. The room was extremely comfortable and did look like the photos on Expedia. The hotel also had a small pool and around 5 sun loungers. The pool and sun loungers were in the shade for long periods of the day but between midday and 3pm the pool got the sun (I stayed……

“It was a great stay at relax inn. My friends and I enjoyed the experience. The staff were extremely friendly and the environment was really nice. The only challenge we had was that one of the rooms (Room 101 to be precise) had a constant smell in the parlour which was a bit uncomfortable. Other than this, it was really an amazing stay.”
