「The check-in arrangements were clear. Even though it was a late check-in when the staff were not on duty, a simple check-in was still arranged. 「Where do I even begin? From the moment I got there; I was treated like royalty. Staff was top notch. Pods are the coolest thing and such a wonderful experience. The Hottub and dry sauna are pristine. The pods are so nicely designed and super clean. Waking up to the country side was one of the most spectacular views ever. I should’ve stayed my entire week there and never left. I was so content and relaxed! I will definitely be back soon!!! I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is!!! 」

"The front desk staff were indifferent toward guests. The guard rail on the upper bunk bed was loose. The toilet in the bathroom had stains that would not flush away. The trash bin in the room was not emptied during my four-day stay. Towels were also not replaced, as no housekeeping staff came to service the room."
