「Me and my daughters stayed in room 2094 last night. I booked a room online and when we got there, we had to carry all of our bags up two flights of stairs which was not really a problem. But I had talked to the guy that was working at the front desk/ check- in twice about the room and the condition of it. That room had bedbugs and blood slots from them on the corners of the sheets and in the lampshade. We felt them last night and the air conditioner wasn’t working until about 4 AM when it kicked...

「My wife has been coming to Oglebay for the majority of her life and for her it’s become a tradition to visit. I have only been to the property twice and although I think it is very nice, improvements need to be made: 1. Both the indoor and outdoor pools need to be refurbished IMMEDIATELY! Both are gross! 「The house was exceptionally beautiful and relaxing. Bedrooms weee cozy with lots of fun perks. Breakfast was awesome and I can’t say enough about the lake views from our room the porches snd the grounds. They also take you on a pontoon boat ride. The staff really made us feel pampered and were very helpful.」

「Both golf courses were nice. We played them both. They were easy to get to and the service was great. All the food was amazing and the staff members are always willing to help. The place is clean and beautiful. Every attention to detail is amazing. There is so much to do and so many activities, we went with adult children and everybody had something they enjoyed.
