“We enjoyed our stay although the weather did not allow us to fully enjoy all the property had to offer. The house is large enough for multiple families. The beds were very comfy. If you have any early risers in your group, they should be on the first floor as every step taken upstairs is heard thru the entire house and the stairs are very loud. The kitchen is well equipped as was everything in the house from extra blankets, towels and detergent for laundry.”

“The place is pretty nice. Just perfect for us. Other than some very minor issues such as dated appliances, the place was very well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay. The host is always there to answer our questions. Definitely a great place to stay.”

“Everything was in great working condition and was just what we wanted. Hot tub was great and had plenty of space for fires. My only complaint was that there was no sponge to clean dishes, which made a simple job very frustrating when trying to leave.”

“Enjoyed a weekend away in Davis, WV. Was a ladies getaway to get out and hike and see some waterfalls and we did! The condo at Beaver Ridge was in the perfect location to all the spots to explore. Easily accessible and enjoyed the two bedrooms and en suite bathrooms. The kitchen held all we needed. And the porch was lovely in the mornings as we drank our coffee. We loved the selection of books and puzzles for the evening hours.”

“You can actually hear yourself think out in this cabin. The view is amazing and there is wildlife to watch (take binocullars) If you need to get away from all the over stimulation of your life get this cabin, It is not close to anything so take what you really need and enjoy. We drive probably 20 minutes to a small town and had some good food take out but honestly we couldnt wait to get back, I suffer from insomnia and I listened to tree frogs and crickets and slept better than I had in years.……

“The house is gorgeous! you feel like your staying in a story book, every little detail that is taken care is just amazing. I would love to return! The area didn't have a lot of activity but we went white water rafting and hiked to waterfalls and enjoyed life for a few days”

“Overall the location was great. There’s no way we would have been comfortable staying inside longer than 3 hours besides sleeping. There was no room in each room for our bags, we had to leave them in the kitchen. I couldn’t even get to the other side of the bed being 20 weeks pregnant. Although my teenage son had the same problem, it was like sleeping in a closet. The view was pretty but that’s about it. The outlets need to be changed, nothing stayed in the outlet without falling out or working.……

“Was not expecting the property to be among a bunch of trailers and shanties, plus it was a bit more rustic than the beautiful pictures show BUT, this rental company is AMAZING and I would without a doubt rent with them again. The power went out (tree fell somewhere) on our second day and they really were not sure what time it was to be back on. The property management simply found us another rental that was not in use and instantly upgraded us to an amazing property. They could have had us wait……

“We really loved the cabin on the creek. It's really quiet and peaceful. And there are things to do not too far away. The water heater wasn't working well so they came out and put in a new one. Awesome owner!”
