Staff was friendly. First room we were given the tub stopper was broke and the room smelled of smoke. The hotel was at full capacity, could only get hot warm if woke up early in the morning.

House was clean and ready for us to stay. The hot tub was warmed up already. They had a little birthday message for my daughter and a balloon. Very cute.
