"The room was decently clean but the pillows had a sweaty smell. The tv’s remote control was not operational but I did not care much about it because I was there for the ocean experience.
I know that if I had mentioned the above issues to the front desk staff, the will have taken care of it.
The staff is very friendly, maintaining the high standards of hospitality that Mexicans are well known for.
The beach was at a walking distance which for me, was the best part of the stay. Additionally, the hotel is not far from downtown, so thats another convenience if you feel hungry or if you like to have an stroll in downtown."
