"We loved our stay here! Such a unique experience to see the Icehotel 's cold rooms, enjoy drinks at the Ice bar and have the lovely breakfast that was included with the stay. We found the warm room we were staying in very comfortable and were appreciative of the microwave and fridge in the room. The staff were also really helpful and it was a beautiful location. We would highly recommend!"

"Most hotels I’ve used in Sweden offer free coffee, this one does not. Also note even though has a huge tv in the room, this is of little use unless you use YouTube or have a Swedish Netflix account as there are no std channels to watch it’s all via streaming."

"It was my 2nd stay at this hotel and really loved it. It has ideal location right in the heart of the Umea woth excellent public transport links. Morning breakfast is amazing. Rooms are clean and above all, really friendly and helpful staff. You always have a friendly smiling face greeting whenever you pass through reception. Many thanks to all for making our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended"
