“Great customer service”

“The Hotel/Motel is ideally situated in the center of Stowe. Our room was a great value and very comfortable. I loved that they didn't simply offer coffee service but had cups of ice in their fridge as well as a container of iced coffee, ( it being summer ). It's also a hop skip and jump from Black Cap Coffee who make a maple croissant to die for. And at the end of the day the same to Alchemy Brewing for a sunset ipa kicked back in an adirondack and maybe a round of frisbee golf on their spacious……

“The positives: The rooms and the property were immaculately clean and well-kept and the choice of pools (indoor and outdoor) was a nice amenity. The negatives: Booking through Expedia incurred a $10 fee that was unexpected and the hotel staff did a mediocre job explaining the rationale for that charge. Being a culinary resort, I expected more treats included for guests and if not free breakfast, then at least a meal subsidy at one of the onsite eateries. All in all, it’s a nice, quiet place……
