“The only positives of the property is its size and location. Property not clean and left after an issue with some sort of flies swarming in one of the bedrooms. Expedia was informed of cleanliness issues after check in and would supposedly inform host. Never heard from host until after they were informed of check out immediately after issue with flies. I certainly would not recommend staying there.”

“The location is fantastic. I parked when I got there and didn’t move the car until I left. I saw Church Street and the downtown area, walked along the lakefront and hiked up to and around the University. The neighborhood is full of students and the place reminded me of my college studio apartment. It’s nicely decorated but the floor slants and the place is small. Without the cleaning fee it’s a good value but the fee makes it a little pricey for what you get.”

“The place was very nice and kept up. I would stay again.”

“I had an amazing time at the Riverside Tiny House. This was my first time staying in a tiny home so I didn't think about the sleeping loft area only having space to lay down until we got th. We quickly got used to it so really, it was not a big deak in the end. We didn't end up using the amenities but we checked out the cool treehouse sauna and walked by the cute and cozy fire pit”

“Unique property - very accommodating of my pup. Close to great outdoor adventures, and multiple downtown areas for dining and shopping.”

“Less than 5 minutes to my cousin's home for the family reunion, allowing us to leave the dogs in the cool space during the oppressive heat and making it easy to pop "home" and check on the dogs every 2 hours during the day. Nice back yard for walking our elder doggies. Comfortable living area. Kitchenette more than met our needs. This is the first year we were able to spend time with other out-of-town family members (rather than doing the reunion as a day trip, with 3 hour drives each way). This……

“This was a perfect 2 bedroom apartment for our needs in a house with grassy yard. It was 5-10 minutes from Burlington and a convenient location, big driveway for parking. Great bagel place Green Mountain Bagels up the street. Everything was very clean and extremely comfortable. Errin was very attentive made sure the check in process was easy; and offered any assistance, which we did not need! Would recommend!”

“We just LOVE staying here! It's so beautiful and peaceful. Sue and Jeff are the best hosts and we didn't need a thing... That have thought of everything. Such a comfy place to stay!! ”

“The communication was excellent. The room was “as advertised”and clean.”

“The house was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive. King bed was very comfortable. Well stocked with necessities- soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. Nice to also have parking.”
