My reservation included breakfast, yet at check-in the front desk neither handed me a breakfast coupon nor mentioned that one was required. When I asked about it the next morning, instead of a simple apology, the agent flipped the situation around and blamed me for not asking for the coupon at check-in. That is not customer service — that is gaslighting a paying guest.
To top it off, the hotel charges $5 to store a single piece of luggage. Really?
There is a card in the lobby proudly declaring “8 is the new 0.” The service I received does not come close to honoring that promise. They should take a hard look at what’s happening at this property."
