「Heidy provided very warm and thoughtful service. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to my friends.」

「Very disappointing stay for a big hotel chain. No water in the room, no coffee machine, and very few towels. Basic amenities were missing. Definitely below expectations!」

「The best staying experience in the US ever!」

「The receptionist was great. The two complimentary water was thoughtful. However, I think my room was next to the laundry room, so I could hear whenever it was spin drying the clothes. I can also hear when staff was loading clothes. It was pretty loud and disturbing.」
