"I was greeted in a most pleasant manner. I truly appreciated the efficiency and professionalism extended by Rebel when I checked in. I was further impressed by the assistance and direction received by Lauren in getting necessary documents executed for business reasons and during the check out process. Both employees exceeded my expectations. The hotel property itself is impressive. I’ve already planned another stay there in the next few weeks. When traveling to Fairlawn Ohio, this hotel will definitely be my home away from home. Thank you for your hospitality. You’ve distanced yourself from the rest."

"Off the freeway so close to drive into city or continue trip through area. Pool/room/bed was great. Good place to rest. Not anything i could see walkable to do around if you are looking for some city nightlife. "

"The room was a bit run-down, and it took them overnight to clean up a mess in front of the elevator. Otherwise they'd of had a perfect score. The breakfast was the best! That alone got them a better score. The room was nice, but our wall had some wear on it, and the shower had some chips in it. So not perfect, but nothing that really affected the comfort. The staff not cleaning the huge, muddy mess infront of the elevator was the biggest complaint. "
