"Decent breakfast"

"All around, the hotel was clean, modern and comfortable. The staff was friendly at the front desk and in the restaurant. We ate breakfast in the restaurant and it was delicious. The neighborhood was trendy with all types of businesses and plenty of restaurants from which to choose. A+"

"The property is located below another quality hotel, but has a charming, privacy because of the trees. It has ample parking and is very quiet. The bed is good quality, everything in the room was clean, including very clean and attractive wood flooring instead of carpet, which I liked. Perhaps the proprietors will replace the hallway carpeting, which is somewhat worn. There is no elevator, which is not needed for a two-floor establishment. There are two vending machines in-house, but a nice walk up the hill to Sheetz provides all the snacks and so forth that you may want. I found it very convenient. There are many fast food and restaraunt selections nearby. Instead of driving, for instance, I could walk over to Wendy's for a burger, and across the street there is a Starbucks. Crossing the main thoroughfare is easy because there are button-controlled lights for pedestrians. Of course, with my car, I had great access to food and shopping. I really liked this establishment. The proprietor is very gracious and accommodating. While I missed in-room coffee, it was not a big deal. The proprietor serves coffee in the lobby and it is easy to get coffee nearby. I really liked the place and will stay there again for my next visit to the area."

"Everything was fine. Clean. Only issues wete the room door was hard to get open. Had to use shoulder and slam into it. It would be nice to start with enough towels, instead of 2 for 4 people."

"Will at the front desk was great. Our original room had issues and he immediately got us a different room to stay in. It’s not the fanciest hotel but great for an overnight. Would definitely stay there again. "

"The staff at this hotel are great. They kept us informed and were polite the entire time. Check-in is rough, though. If you show up a little early, you're not getting in. I realize they are a busy hotel, but we'd been in the car for 7 hours and while the staff were very cordial, the policy seemed a bit too rigid. There was a point where plenty of guests were sitting in the lobby almost like at a doctor's appointment, waiting to be called for their room. Again, this isn't the fault of the staff. This is a policy issue. It's an older hotel that has clearly been repurposed. While they did renovate, there's a lot that could be updated to make it better. We had the misfortune of having a room across from the elevator and two doors away from an outside exit. At 5 am, the noise started. There's a noticeable gap under the door, so that noise is coming right in. The bathtub was resurfaced and it was like trying to balance on a ball -- the tub floor was warped and probably unsafe for those who are unsteady on their feet. The room was clean enough, comfortable, and the right temperature. Again, it gets high marks for the staff, but the rest could use some attention."
