「No hot food no tv on Friday. Guest left dog in room and dog barked alot. Staff did try to locate them.」

When I arrived to check-in the power was mostly out due to storms but the manager helped me get into a room and even carried my bag up three flights of steps. 「The female at the front desk was rude and snarky . 😠 The hotel required a physical credit card for deposit. Didn’t seem right. The reason I use Expedia is for security reasons and not giving out my credit card number . Beyond the front dest , I found the hotel clean comfortable and well maintained. Customer service means a lot to me and for this reason I will probably not return unless there’s nowhere else to go .」

「The room was very large! Plenty room for family. The pool was beautiful. Also you can enjoy sitting around the firepit, there is an exercise room and also basketball area. Breakfast was excellent...It is large, alot of choices!!」
