「A lousy truck stopped by the hotel, and it’s a Compressor Refrigeration Trucks! You have no idea how horrible this noise sounds like heavily! It all day long!」

「Room was super clean, comfortable and exactly as pictured. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location to all downtown Florence activities and restaurants.」

「Very run down! Moldy peeling wall paper in the halls, some kind of animal nest coming in through one of the hallway (broken) ac units, elevators don’t work (usually this wouldn’t bother me but I’m in a medical boot for a broken leg/ankle), sticky carpet throughout our room. We didn’t swim, but the bottom of the pool is green from algae. The bed was fine. Don’t waste your money!」

「 Breakfast was not good, no slippers or anything to brush teeth.」

「I saw the property and went somewhere else」

「The site was under remodel and we were not told so it was a little bit of an inconvenience also there was a smile throughout the complex I'm guessing it was due to the remodel Construction the food was good and they had a lot to choose from the staff was good parking sucked the facility wasn't big enough with all the construction stuff that was in the way」

「floors were very dirty…roaches in the room…shoddy lock on the door」

「Room was left unsanitary to the point of being unusuable. I discovered sheets stained with bodily fluid and found dead insects in plain view and a wrapper for protection under my mattress. I left early to find other accommodations and had to argue with the staff about a refund. Avoid at all costs」
