“I entered the hotel and IMMEDIATELY smelled gas. I asked if that was normal and was told “unfortunately yes”. I entered my room and found hair all over my bathroom that clearly had not been cleaned. I went down to the front desk and was handled by the friendly front desk person and given a new room where I found the same dirty issues. Thankfully the front desk took care of me after, but the hotel definitely needs new cleaning staff.”

“The times listed online were wrong for everything. We drove from out of town to come here for fun and we couldn't even use the waterpark till Friday at 4pm. So we went out that morning to somewhere else so our child could swim. Then we came back and couldn't get into our room anymore. I went downstairs and the lady at the front desk said what do you want? I told her she fixed it. I went to biffys because according to online they were supposed to be open. They were not so we had to leave again to……

“I came in from Texas and it was a long trip. The location was further in than I expected but when I arrived it was nice. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the cigarette smell punch that hit me in my face as soon as I walked in. I understand its also a casino but it wasn't pleasant at all. I don't smoke. Everything else was good. My room was clean and did not smell like cigarettes. Bed was comfy, staff was friendly and the Rez restaurant was great. Thank you for a great stay.”

“It was definitely dated. Plenty of parking in the back. The lady at the front desk was super personable and helpful. They have lemon water up front as well as coffee. The room was clean, but smelled old and kind of musty; my clothes even had that smell when I left. Thankfully I brought my earplugs, because it was louuuud. Every time someone left or entered their room, the door would slam and I could hear it loud and clear. The last thing I'll say is there are three things I look at when I book a……

“Decent stop. The breakfast wasn't great, and the pancake machine would have been really cool if it had worked, but it gave two halves of crispy pancake. The property was a little dingy overall.”
