“I had an excellent stay at Golden Mesa Casino & Hotel. My room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The entire property was exceptionally well maintained and had a welcoming atmosphere. What stood out the most was the outstanding customer service. “Staff was great. Some repairs showed. Vent cover crooked and holes in the drywall in my room. They also ran out of pancake mix when I cam down for breakfast. I was in a hurry and couldn’t wait for the helpful staff to restock it.”

“We've stayed at Comfort Inns (and Suites), in the past & this location was perfect as expected. Our only issue was having to wait approximately 15-20 minutes for a desk clerk to arrive. After another customer arrived I foned the motel & and employee arrived advising she'd been cleaning in another area. Amenities including breakfast were great.”

“I was disappointed with the room. Major deferred maintenance. The bathroom was a major ick. It has an old stained up and dirty toilet that’s about 10 inches off the ground. The bed was hard and had some type of foam pieces for pillows. Very uncomfortable.”

“This place was clean and well kept. The bathroom in the room was our biggest issue. We only had one towel upon arrival. The lady at the front desk acted like she didn’t believe us when we asked for more. The toilet and sink looked like they came out of a preschool bathroom. Extremely short . I don’t have very long legs and the toilet was below my knees! The pool area was nice but poorly lit in the evening. It closes at 9pm which seems a bit early being that it’s indoors. The breakfast……

“Everything about this hotel was great except the beds. The beds were just basic semi hard hotel beds. No memory foam like the other Hampton's I've been too. Couldn't have asked for nicer staff.”
