Loved the property and area. Great place to be based to travel around the county, which is what we did. Lovely county and lovely property, very clean (covid clean too). The only thing was the mattresses. They were VERY old and worn. Very lumpy and uncomfortable to sleep on. The double bed was like sleeping on a camp bed and very difficult to share even with a child. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Had a lovely week and the use of a boat was a great bonus. Our only negative was the bed. It was really low and with my husbands hip and my knees was fun getting out of but it's not a deal breaker.

Knew where it was (overlooking river, but also busy boatyard and car park). We love Wroxham and usually take a boat, we do prefer the boat to be honest as we fish a lot. Nice cottage, big enough for 6 easily (we had a cottage for 4), well set out and well organised. We own and run cottages like this for a living so know the score. Would probably have preferred one of the sail loft cottages so we could have fished from the balcony and been closer to the main river. We booked late at peak time so took what they had that would take 2 dogs. Lovely weekend stay, would return, lovely balcony, nice and clean, very roomy, quick and efficient check in, thanks Tony and Viv.

Excellent accommodation on the waterfront.

Excellent accommodation on the waterfront. It was well equipped, warm, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed having use of a day boat for the duration of our stay. Would highly recommend!
