A six bedroom, four bathroom property designed for contractors and business travellers needing a practical and reliable base in Norwich. With six double beds, it suits six individuals with their own rooms or groups of up to 12 guests happy to share.

30 Lovelace Road is nestled in the Eaton suburb of Norwich, a primarily residential area known for its mix of family homes, terraces, purpose‑built flats and student rentals.
This part of East Norwich benefits from a quiet, tree‑lined streetscape and enjoys a low crime rate and minimal deprivation, lending an added sense of security for professional visitors.
Just a short walk from the property, you'll find the green expanse of Eaton Park, an 80‑acre public park featuring playgrounds, sports courts, a boating pond and café facilities.
Nearby, Norwich Research Park offers access to major research institutes and biotech facilities, making the location ideal for guests involved in science, education or healthcare sectors.

Guests can also use the dedicated workspaces located in Bedrooms 5 and 6, ideal for remote work or administrative tasks. On-Street Parking is available during your stay.
One of the bedrooms includes a private ensuite, ideal for a team lead or anyone wanting added privacy.
The communal area features a comfortable sofa and 50” smart TV—ideal for relaxing after work. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, washing machine and a breakfast bar for quick meals and dining. Fast WiFi and smart features like the TV make it easy to unwind or stay connected during your stay.
With four shower rooms throughout the property, there’s little to no waiting around during busy mornings. The home is modern and fresh as its been recently refurbished. You'll have direct access to a private shingled backyard, a washing line and outdoor furniture.
