“This was, without exaggeration, one of the most outrageously unprofessional hotel experiences I’ve ever had. After a long drive back from Chicago, I walked into a lobby with the door open and the “open” sign lit — and no one at the front desk. I rang the bell repeatedly and stood there wondering if anyone actually worked there. After getting nowhere, I contacted Expedia, and only after sitting in my car for over 30 minutes did someone finally appear. Instead of an apology or even basic courtesy,……
