The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom and are located on the bottom floor of the house. A queen size, easy to use, Murphy bed is in the TV room for extra sleeping space.

Guests have access to the entire house. The home is fully equipped, and everything is brand new in 2023. Every towel, every utensil, bedding, furniture, and appliance.
There is an elevator accessible from the carport that travels to the second floor. The elevator requires an additional security deposit and executed disclaimer document.
Other things to note:
This home is one of only four currently completed in the Nosara Estates community. Traveling to the house can be rugged. An all-wheel drive vehicle is a must. You will navigate some winding roads that can be rather rough. As you make your way up the mountain you will experience show-stopping views of the jungle and Pacific coastline.
