"The room was freezing, and the staff didn't care.It was -20c outside and got colder through the night. Also, the windows are not well insulated. The floor, even with the carpet was freezing. Staff told me the system was " resetting" and told me not to touch the heating system and they lower the temperature, this that made things worse because now the heating system was blowing the warm air intermittently. I increased the temperature and it took a few hours before it started heating because the warm air was way too mild. That was at 3am! I had a terrible night! They should have heated that room before I arrived. They had plenty of time to do it. If they are not willing to do that, then they should have a heating system that is more efficient. Frankly, the staff seemed to not care at all."

"Reviewing expedia not the room The description of the hotel was 30 minutes approximately from our preferred location. Expedia failed to give an address until after I booked. Then when we found out the hotel was in Tadousac which is a ferry ride away which costs about $100 and doesn’t even run at this time of year, i tried immediately to get a refund through expedia and I couldn’t. So I phoned the hotel and they said no problem cancelling with no charge, but expedia still charged me even though I cancelled. I emailed expedia to explain rhis and have yet to hear from them I will never use expedia again. I will attempt a complaint to paypal as well"

"Small room... breakfast area and supply was a joke. Definitely would not recommend or stay here again. Parking spot for disabled was occupied by ski mobile. The guy that checked us is was very nice and understanding."
