2/10 Terrible

"Floor os was dirty. It's a shame with a renovated place . They charge for parking and make you sign kf anything happens they are not responsible. So why charge money then ? I have a gold membership with Expedia and asked for a better room location but they didn't have while hotel was empty. Girls at the front desk need to show a better attitude. At least smile and welcome guests we don't bite we pay money to stay. I Travel to Montreal for business every week .but definitely this is not my place I stayed there few time but after this bad experience I would pay more money and go to a better place. Armon plaza next door is one of my favorites."

"Love the pool and sauna looking out over the city. Rare to find a sauna with a floor-to-ceiling window - a nice touch! 5!3 mezzanine has a comfortable and functional seating/work area. Breakfast is ample and worthwhile. Would be nice to have more vegan items. Guest rooms are on the larger side, well-appointed, and the bedding is comfy."

"Les lits sont hyper confortables, j'ai très bien dormi! L'emplacement est très pratique pour aller au Centre Bell. J'ai retiré une étoile pour l'insonorisation de la chambre, j'entendais tout ce qui se passait dans les corridors et j'étais située devant l'ascenseur donc j'ai été réveillée très tôt par le bruit. Sinon, j'ai apprécié mon séjour et je recommande cet hotel."

"Excellent property in a fantastic location. Staff are helpful and professional. Our room was clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds. Don't miss the rooftop which includes a spacious gym, steam, steam and outdoor jacuzzi with beautiful outdoor seating, lots of places to relax. This area is full of charming cafes and restaurants, short walk to the port. Highly recommended."
