Beautiful coach house in the exclusive private Park Estate. Peaceful location 5 mins walk from historic Nottingham Castle. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, microwave, double oven, hob and grill and refrigerator. Selection of complimentary teas, coffee and biscuits. South facing patio area with dining table and chairs. Sleeps 4. Free parking right outside the front door. Decorated and furnished to a high standard. Downstairs open plan living and dining area with kitchen. Bi-fold doors open on to sunken patio. Work area with desk and super fast wi-fi. Separate entrance hall and downstairs WC.
Upstairs is a double bedroom with luxurious king sized bed, bathroom with walk in electric shower, wash basin and WC and comfortable living/sitting room with sofa, TV (with Virgin TV package) footstool, stereo, bookcase and double sofa bed. All bedding and bed linen and towels provided. Travel cot and sheets at property. Peaceful location within easy walking distance of city centre - Theatre Royal, Concert Hall, bars, restaurants and shops
