“The booking details shown in the Hotels.com app and in the confirmation email were not so clear. They did not mention or remind me that I had to pay at the hotel. I thought I had already paid online by debit card. At the counter, I had to check my bank account again to make sure there was no duplicate payment before I paid. The room, towels, and bedding were average; just a few hairs and specks were found. Breakfast was as good as expected.”

“Location good, breakfast good, room bit old, no facility like gym and not provide free parking. Outside parking look scary. So far overall ok.”

“Lovely hotel, very friendly reception staff, fantastic breakfast, and spotless room. Two things that could be improved are the pillows as they were very lumpy, and paint the wall under the sink, which can be seen from the toilet, and looks dirty.”

“I really enjoyed my stay at the Belfry Hotel & Spa, so much so that I’m already looking forward to coming back, especially to try one of the body massages next time. The spa facilities were excellent. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room were all very relaxing and well maintained. I didn’t get a chance to use the gym, but I had a look around and it looks fantastic. The staff were warm and helpful throughout my stay, especially Josh at reception, who was welcoming and professional. The……
