Fantastic centrally located spacious house.

Great house for two families with children, a pool and outdoor seating area to socialise and a well equipped kitchen. Free wifi and parking. Noelle was a helpful friendly host, happy to organise extra things for us and recommend places to eat and visit .

Bon séjour passé à Nouméa. Villa bien située, conforme à l'annonce, près de tout, commerces, bus, plages..... Dommage que nous n'ayons pu rester une journée de plus, vu que nos vols ont été annulés et reportés !

Séjour de 4 semaines à la Villa Nia

La villa Nia est une très belle prestation, idéalement placée à Nouméa. L’annonce correspond très bien à la réalité. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour. Nous regrettons cependant un litige déclenché 48 heures après notre départ au sujet d'un lit cassé. Un état des lieux à l'arrivée et un état des lieux contradictoire au départ auraient permis de régler les choses à l'amiable et d'éviter cette situation de désagrément pour nous comme pour le loueur.

Villa Nia - a great place to stay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay in Villa Nia. Pascal, the owner, was there to greet us on our first day - very friendly and helpful. He even offered us the use of his car to run to the shops to get groceries on that first day however the shops are only a 15 minute walk away so we chose to walk instead. AnsaVata beach is an easy 20 minute walk away and the bus stop to take us to centre ville only an 8 minute walk away. Perfect location to get every where we wanted to go. The house was spacious, clean and very comfortable and the pool was a welcome bonus on the typically hot days. We hope to return again next year and can thoroughly recommend Villa Nia. Merci beaucoup Pascal and Noelle!!

Accueil très chaleureux et bienveillant. Aucune surprise par rapport à la description de ce coin de paradis. La villa très bien équipée pour passer un très agréable séjour même pour une grande famille. Très bien équipée. Située à proximité des plages et du centre.Nous regrettons seulement de n'avoir pas profité suffisamment de la piscine et du jardin. Sans doute une prochaine fois. Allez-y sans hésiter

Centrally located large house in Noumea

Noelle's Balinese styled house in a central suburb in Noumea was the perfect holiday home for our family of 9. It is spacious with a relaxing outdoor sitting area by the pool, perfect for socialising and chilling out. The kitchen is well equipped, there is good wifi and there is free parking. Noelle was a lovely communicative host with many helpful tips about how to get around and what to see and she even booked taxis for us. I'd definitely recommend this house!

Excellent!

The house is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was really good and the rooms were very relaxing and spacious. the garden is really special. La maison est belle, propre et comfortable. Nous avons vraiment aimé notre séjour. L'emplacement est parfait et les chambres étaient très relaxantes et grandes. Le jardin est especialement beau aussi.

Wonderful place to stay in the heart of Nouméa

An excellent place to stay for several people together in Nouméa. Near beaches and a supermarket but away from the tourist bustle.
