「Location was a bit hard to find at first, especially since we are not Italian and were driving ourselves, but we got it. Parking was a little challenging but we were able to get a spot on the street not too far away.
The apartment was very clean and had what we needed for our 2 night stay. Communication with them about our arrival time, travel documents, and after hour check in access was all done in WhatsApp with quick responses from them. Location was a bit far from the sights but we did...

「The great things about this accommodation is the location: only a few tram stops from the airport and 3 minutes walk from the station ( the same tram takes you to the main station in central area in 20 min ). And all rooms including the kitchen and bathroom seemed very very clean and looked after, no dust or hairs! Catia was very friendly and easy to deal with. Only thing was that you are actually sharing the kitchen when/ if there are other travellers staying in the flat which I didn’t realise...

「I don't recommend staying here long-term. The shower didn't drain (they offered to send maintenance while we were gone, but we opted to wait until check out), and the blankets offered had weird stains on them. There was also no remote to control the AC/heat, and management never followed up on the messages regarding finding it.
The building itself isn't in great condition, and the room is very barren and bleak. Management isn't very great at communication.」

「It is a very nice apartment. It is large and comfortable. It is located near the airport but we rarely heard airplane noise. The tram to the city center is steps away and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the main attractions. The neighborhood is pretty good but not great. There are a couple of excellent grocery stores nearby and some good restaurants, but there is much more on offer in the city center. The hosts responded quickly and proactively to all questions. The price was excellent,...
