「Property was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Front desk staff was able to book reservations to restaurants, book activities for us, and get us taxis whenever we needed. The hotel is located near the clock tower with many restaraunts and shops nearby. I recommend trying fritos la mona for authentic street food, la esquina de pan de bono, and epoca cafe. The included daily breakfast is made to order and is execptional. The rooftop is also one of the best.」

「The staff are extremely kind and attentive. I was a solo traveler and felt welcomed and familiar with everyone. The room I got was a little noisy, but traffic is noisy in general. 「Staff was absolutely helpful , they are wonderful! Property is an older building, and their air conditioning system needs to be upgraded or redone, as room never really cools off. We enjoyed their food, service was excellent, kind and carrying staff. Main complain is Air conditioning. Thank you for a great experience ! ❤️」
