  • A charming one-bedroom apartment located on the ground floor of a beachfront building along Corso di Marcelli in Numana, very close to all amenities. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower stall. Large terrace equipped for outdoor dining. TV and washing machine. Private parking space.

    Prices include water, electricity, and gas, final cleaning, private parking, and beach service (one umbrella and two lounge chairs on the private beach in front of the house).

    Tourist tax (mandatory): €1.00 per person per night (max 15 days; children up to 3 years old are exempt).
    Bed and bath linens (optional and upon request): €15 per person per set.
