Location: extraordinary location, in the centre, by the sea, with a small panoramic terrace that overlooks the beach with a wonderful sea view.

Description: First floor. Completely refurbished. Living room with access to the terrace equipped with table and chairs, double sofa bed and kitchenette - master bedroom with double bed - second bedroom with single bed - bathroom with shower cubicle - terrace with breathtaking view of the sea and Monte Conero, which directly overlooks the beach.

Animals are not allowed.

The price includes:

Appartamento strategico vicino al mare e vicino al corso però è molto scarso : fornelli funzionanti 2 su 4,televisore cucina anni 80 , utensili da cucina minimo indispensabile posto auto dove capita.a pagamento . Poi con una spesa di una settimana non poco, nemmeno la biancheria e compresa.
