Description: ground floor. Living room with dining table, double sofa bed and separate kitchen – bedroom with double bed – bedroom with bunk bed – bathroom with shower – hallway with washing machine – external courtyard equipped with table and chairs. Private and reserved parking space inside the condominium courtyard (access with remote control).

The price includes:
