Location: privileged position, in a delightful residence with swimming pool and outdoor play area for children available to condominiums (from 14 June to 13 September).

Description: apartment with large and exclusive terrace on the second floor with lift.

Entrance onto bright living room with double sofa bed and dining table - separate kitchen with dishwasher - master bedroom with double bed - second bedroom with two single beds - completely new bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine.

Air conditioning in the living area.

Large private terrace equipped with table and chairs.

Reserved parking space inside the residence.

Pets not allowed.

Swimming pool, play area and tennis court available to guests, all just a few steps from the sea.

The price includes:

- rental

- consumption of water, electricity and gas

- 24 hour on-site assistance

The appartment was in a condo with with eastern Europe vibes from the early 90-ies. One of the beds was a camping bed, 2 of the beds was an uncorftable couch that was broken (no vital parts though, only cosmetics...) and three beds was ok. The kitchen was dark, the oven was missing and the feeling was that all kitchen utensils was bought on a flee market. The fridge/freezer was placed in the living room and fairly loud which distubred the ones who was sleeping on the couch When complaing day 2 to the host, we had expected more for this price, the host said that the pricing was fair due to that there was a pool and close to the beach, but bear in mind that it is not those beaches you are visiting the area for. This is not Sirolo but just a sad vacation village with no charm close to Sirolo, only plastic chairs and charmless restaurants. We had booked 3 nights but stayed only one and left despite that we did not get any money back
