Description: First floor of a residence building.

Large living room with sofa bed, TV, kitchenette with island and induction hob – access to the terrace equipped with table and chairs – bedroom with double bed – second bedroom with two single beds (one pull-out) and a small balcony – bathroom with shower – parking space inside the residence.

Air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom.

Pets are not allowed.
