Description: Delightful two-room apartment located on the first floor of a building. Tastefully furnished.

Independent entrance overlooking the large private and fenced garden – living room with double sofa/bed and dining table – new separate kitchen – double bedroom – bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine – sea view terrace equipped with table and chairs – rear terrace with washing machine and view of the countryside - possibility of free and unpaid parking space in front of the house or at 200 meters.

The price includes:
