“Only one elevator, waiting time is terribly long, so most of the time need to take stairs. No refrigerator in the room, very inconvenient. Poor service, they asked me to WhatsApp whenever having issue, but they never reply. Only shampoo without conditioner… Air circulation is very poor in gym, like work out in sauna room. Paying HKD 1500 per night with such quality, really bad.”

“The hotel was well located as it’s just next to the Central Station. The room was relatively small and the lighting was rather dark. Despite this, the overall experience was fine.”

“I booked a Comfort Double Room for 4 nights. Initially, the front desk checked me into the wrong room (2 single beds). But they were able to fix it and put me into the correct room. I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times. The room has been remodeled and is much more comfortable and user friendly”

“Very classic. It is accessible and well facilitated. Great experience.”
