"I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The cleanliness and overall condition of this hotel were unacceptable. The bathrooms were dirty, and the rooms had a very unpleasant odor upon arrival. One of our rooms wasn’t even ready at 4 PM, despite that being the stated check-in time. Housekeeping never came to clean our rooms during our entire stay—even though we did not have any “do not disturb” signs on the doors. On top of that, the hotel consistently ran out of clean beach towels, and when they were available, they had visible yellow and red stains. One of the pillows in our room also had a red stain, which was very concerning. Basic amenities were missing—there was no shampoo or body wash provided, and the conditioner bottle appeared to be diluted with water. The property itself is also very misleading. The view was not as advertised, and the photos online are clearly edited. The pool area looks nothing like the pictures—the cabanas and loungers are shown in different colors and appear much newer online than they actually are in person. I specifically chose this hotel for its aesthetic, and it did not deliver at all. Overall, this stay did not meet basic cleanliness or quality expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel."

"If you like access to Waikiki, but don’t want to be in the middle of it all this is a great place to stay. Easy walking to parks and beaches and you’re within a mile of many good restaurants. We thought the room rates were very reasonable for Ocean view of the harbor."

"The hotel was just fine for what we needed - somewhere close to the airport for our late night arrival. The room was clean and quiet. Only downside is that breakfast was packed at 7am - hard to find seating and a line for the food. It wasn’t a long wait just something to be aware of. Overall, it met our needs and we would stay again if we had a late night arrival. "

"The staff were wonderful, very helpful. The furniture in the lobby is shabby and needs replacing. The breakfast area is always busy and there aren't always seats available to eat. The food is decent, not a huge choice, but not bad. The location is also great. One block from the tour bus stop. One block from the beach. And lots of shopping and food nearby. The HVAC unit in the room was very quiet and worked well. And the shower was awesome."
