Prime Location

Our family of four adult enjoyed a week at this property. Excellent location just far enough away to be quiet but an easy walk to everything! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals, house was clean and plenty of towels were provided. The house is very old and has lots of charm. We would book again.

MV cottage

My family and I loved our vacation at Seabreeze. As a parent, I wanted to make sure there was plenty of space. Everyone could spread out and have their own room, so the space and bedroom s all upstairs were fabulous. The comfort of AC was refreshing and comfortable. I also like to cook so having a full-size kitchen with all the supplies and amenities and utensils I needed worked out fantastic. The outside propane grill came in handy for grilling lunches. Location was ideal for my family. We have friends and family that all live in OB and after longs days at the beach or on the water we spend every night with a stroll down town. The private driveway for two cars was a saving grace! The outside shower was large clean and has fabulous water pressure. I must admit our favorite place is the front and back porches, for gathering chatting , laughing, and enjoying time together as a family! I also wanted to mention the owners and how kind and friendly they were to work with. I felt they were extremely genuine and helpful answering questions and responded very quickly. I highly recommend this lovely cottage! You won’t be disappointed!
