“We always stay at Hampton when we travel. However, recently, I have begun to notice an unpleasant trend. Has there recently been a company memo sent out to your locations that require the front desk staff NOT to smile and NOT to in anyway indicate that they are happy the customer is checking in?? Good Lord, is their job so miserable that they act like they have been on duty for 36 straight hours? I am a business owner and I realize how hard it is to get decent employees. “Clean and large room with a view of the water. Restaurants close by. SUPER nice staff - even gave us cold water as we left and held the door open. Late check out (12:00) was nice. I wish the pool could open earlier than 10:00 but I can understand the goal of keeping things quiet for those with rooms next to the pool. Oh, also great to be dog friendly.”

“Its a very nice place right on the water. That was our room. Can watch all the boats go by.The lady at the desk was great. Only thing I noticed needed grab bars in shower, We enjoyed our stay both times we was there, We had same room. We really liked that room. Took pictures from our window. We sat out back on deck. Have nice tables,chairs,umbrellas. If was younger we would go again”

“The staff was amazing, he was able to point us in the right direction of good food, attraction, and a few laughs. Only have 4 stars due to the bathroom had left over hair on the sink and the tub/shower had dirt left behind. ”
