The heat pump was horribly loud, so loud hard to sleep. Unclear which unit we were supposed to be in, I believe I rented the lower unit as we are 2 77 year olds, but got the top unit when we got here. Also several light fixtures did not work. Fireplace didn’t work. View is fantastic.
