「A very charming old hotel. The property is upgraded and comfortable but keeps the old time charm. The pool and lobby and front porch are adorable. The location next to the river is great. We enjoyed our morning coffee on our balcony!」

「Hotel is on Flagler Ave and the beach...it's close to many restaurants, bars, nightlife, and shops. Underground parking garage is convenient and easy to access. Pool and beach location are very nice. Breakfast is included with your stay, and there is a small cafe and coffee bar on the property.」

「It's a very nice property run by a friendly family. I feel there should have been more sound proofing during construction. I could hear the person snoring in the room adjacent. Otherwise, nothing would put me off staying there again. Thanks!」

「Overall, our stay was great! The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast had a good variety, and the easy beach access made our trip even better. The property was clean and well-maintained, and we really enjoyed our vacation.
The only negatives were that the property is advertised as non-smoking, but guests were smoking cigarettes and marijuana on their balconies and around the pool throughout our stay. We brought it to the front desk’s attention, but unfortunately nothing was...
