“Booked 5 days in this hotel, look, 5 days, 5 days, no one from the cleaning staff came to clean my room, on the 4th day, I called the front desk and asked someone to come to my room, but sadly, the cleaner just brought new towels and took away the dirty trash, that's it, didn't take away the dirty towels, on the 5th day I didn't even have enough shower gel and shampoo, please don't book this hotel, please don't book this hotel, please don't book this hotel, go to Holliday inn”

“The hotel layout is very confusing and can be hard to navigate. There should be better signage.”

“We had a wonderful time. All the staff was helpful and friendly. We would have liked to know how much money would be held on your credit card before arriving. The hold was large and it could catch unknowing travelers of guard and unable to pay. The hold is almost half the amount you pay for your stay. The resort fee comes out of the hold and anything ou charge also comes off of the hold however it would be nice if that was told upfront.”
