"We really enjoyed our weekend in this beautiful home. Plenty of space for our married sons and their babies, and for our college-aged kids as well. We spent a lot of time in the home because of rainy weather, but the beauty of this home was that we had room! You cannot beat a large living room layout for watching football or having little ones practice standing with an ottoman. We grilled ribeyes and made brisket and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was a delight to work with and we had no issues while we were in the house! Thank you Josh! "

"We had a fabulous girls get away weekend. The villa was a short walk to the beach, near bike trails and overlooking the golf course.It was immaculate and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, and pots and pans. The villa also had beach chairs!"

"Communication with the property manager was great. There was a terrible odor coming from the garbage disposal when I first arrived. She sent somebody out. Problem resolved! Evidently the renters before me had prepared seafood. Everything else was extremely clean. The only other big worry I had was underneath the house where you must park. It was very dark and in order to get any lights turned on you have to walk well into the dark carport to find a wall switch. This was a great concern to me and I hope that this matter is quickly resolved as well. Thank you! "

"Everything about this place was great! Great location, quiet & very clean. A lot of things are updated- from the bathroom to the kitchen. The beds are pretty comfortable. The space was perfect for our family. The hosts were flexible with our check out after having had rain delays from a tennis tournament that we were attending. I would not change a thing about this place or our stay (other than the weather). We definitely will come back again and highly recommend it to others. "
