Benchmark Oakland hotels

"The room itself was decent but restroom was small. No microwave in room and parking was 45-50 per day with no security so not sure what the charge is for. Restaurant and eating is limited but the view was nice. You have to drive to get better choices for eating and shopping. Average!"

"Our room A/C was not that great. We slept in warmth out two night stay. I’m not much of a complainer so we just dealt with it. The area is a bit sketchy with so many hopeless around. I wouldn’t talk out alone…."

"Room is dirty. AC didn’t work. It was 83 degrees inside the room. I asked the front desk if I could change the room. I was told that all the rooms are the same. I was told to leave the window open but it was very noisy outside. We Could not sleep all night. "

"The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble."

"The property and staff were great my overall stay was great the bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up the only thing I could suggest and ask for is more accommodations of access rooms. There’s only two available and I needed a walk in shower and there wasn’t one available overall I rate my stay a 41/2 stars and have all ready recommended it to several others and I will definitely stay there again if I’m in the area thank you "
