“Riza and Miguel are excellent hosts! We stayed 2.5 months at their place in Pill Hill, and it was absolutely a "home away from home" situation. They were incredibly communicative throughout the stay. Riza chatted with me through the app and helped navigate extending our stay and working out parking when there were some street closures. Miguel came and did minor fixes/repairs as needed (door locks, cat door, toilet seat, etc.). My dog Meryl LOVES Miguel - it was very cute to watch that……

“The two rooms we stayed at were great, providing both me and my friends space and privacy. The cabin with loft was such a lovely space to be in and relax. We all really appreciated the hot tub to relax in at the end of a long day and the view was so gorgeous. It was easy to communicate with Lukas and he was very accommodating to our needs. “Seamless Check in process and check out. Chris kept in touch and responded quickly when i messaged. Very sunny and spacious in a very nice location - easy walk to some great places to eat. The apartment was immaculate and had all the necessary basics. ”

“Nicely maintained and well stocked home for family and friends gathering. The home has ample space for parties to spread out and enjoy their own space. The host is very responsible and helpful. We had a great stay. Suggest to add a couple of folding tables so the main floor can host a larger dinner than just 8 people.”

“We booked this property on fairly short notice after another reservation was canceled on us, and we felt fortunate to find such a nice spot to be our home base for our daughter's dropoff for her first year at UC Berkeley. The safe and beautiful location was ideal for our last-minute Target/Ikea/etc. runs and it was easy to get DoorDash and enjoy home meals with the gorgeous view. We also had some nice meals out, especially dinner at Lake Chalet on Lake Merritt and lunch outdoors at Broderick……

“This home's 5 large bedrooms and 3 baths made it easy for a large group to live comfortably for the long weekend. The kitchen had dishes to accommodate the meals we prepared. We walked into Grand Lake area and around Lake Merritt which is only about a mile away. ”
